Judaized heretic John Hagee says Jesus “never claimed to be the messiah”
Judaized heretic and false prophet John Hagee has called the Lord Jesus Christ a liar and wrested scripture, by publicly stating that “Jesus never claimed to be messiah”.
The Hebrew prophet Daniel anticipated the birth of Jesus as “Messiah the Prince”, the Christ of God and Savior of Israel, where it’s written in the Old Testament:
“Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks”.
Something Andrew, the brother of the apostle Peter, was evidently acutely aware of; where it’s written in the New Testament:
“We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ, And he brought him [i.e., his brother Simon Peter] to Jesus …”
Later the Jewish apostle John recorded the Lord’s own words, that make it plain that Jesus claimed to be the Messiah of Israel, where it’s written:
“The woman [i.e., of Samaria] saith unto him, I know that messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.”
