Fishing for the Titanic --- A failed strategy | Bp. Sanborn's Blog

The Titanic on the bottom of the Ocean. Sunk just like "Roman Catholicism" was sunk on December 8, 1965.


The Britanic, the Titanic's sister ship, sunk on the bottom of the Aegean Sea, just like the "Orthodox Church" is sunk. The final sinking was at Vatican II in which the Orthodox were totally complicit through their Freemasonic masters - the same Freemasonic masters that control the Vatican.




The below in what it relates concerning fifty years ago can be likened to sitting on the deck of the Titanic, and as the ship is sinking, asking oneself if leaving right now would be appropriate. The continuing debate now - figuratively speaking, must be taking place by ghosts on the bottom of the Ocean as the ship sunk those approximately fifty years ago {49 years to be exact, when the arch heretic and crypto Jew Satan worshipping Apostate "Paul VI" on December 8, 1965 proclaimed Vatican II and the heretofore unknown and heretical doctrine of Papal Infallibility based on Ratification (which claims that God will Ratify any decision made by the "Pope" - i.e. cause it to be true, even if it never was before - actually that is ancient pagan Satanic Greco-Egyptian theurgic magic), all total lies}. Our Lord Jesus Christ guaranteed the Catholic faith is to remain impervious to Satan and the gates of hell eternally. But no guarantee is given to specific individuals nor to specific ecclesial bodies nor to offices within those bodies. Roman Catholicism based on and centered on the Vatican, ended as any kind of profession of Christian faith and any kind of profession of Catholic faith on December 8, 1965. It is true that the enthronement of Satan occurred in the Vatican two years earlier, but that was done in secret and kept from the people in the pews. The "replacing" of Jesus Christ as head of His Church was done in public at the Promulgation of Vatican I/II and ever since hammered into every one unfortunate enough to be inside the, from that time on, gates of hell - Fallen Babylon the Great. Vatican II, that utterly absolutely false council continuing the unfinished and not promulgated Vatican I, the so called Second Vatican Council, opened on October 11th, 1962 and closed, see video directly below, on December 8, 1965. That promulgated the doctrine that made the "Pope" the Head of the Church of which ONLY Jesus Christ is actually and truly Head of His body, the faithful. What they actually accomplished was to separate themselves and ANYONE who follows them or has ANY fellowship with them at all from Our Lord Jesus Christ and instead made anyone who follows or has any fellowship with the Vatican slaves of the Devil and ONLY on the road to hell and eternal damnation. The Vatican at that point is Babylon and anyone that does not come out of Babylon completely is damned to hell by God.

Here are the examples of "strain out the gnat and swallow the camel" which pretend to have a higher and purer view but still ONLY insist on binding people to Papal Infallibility - which is actually pagan infidel Ratification, NO MATTER WHO WAS CONSIDERED "POPE," and will only drag you into the gates of hell and eternal damnation. Notice the last comment was not published by Mr. Sanborn on "A failed strategy | Bp. Sanborn's Blog" below, but is only awaiting moderation - in fact, Mr. Sanborn does not want to present the truth and which that comment is in fact an absolutely true comment. Even if the Vatican was cleansed of the enthronement of Satan and all of the pedophiles and all of the False doctrine except one - Papal Infallibility, it would still be totally Apostate and would only drag anyone having ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT TO HELL FOREVER. That would be because of that one absolute Evil doctrine of trying to replace with anyone else the Immortal Son of God the Father Who is only Our God and Lord Jesus Christ as Head of His Church.

   When I made the decision to go to Ecône forty-three years ago, I was told by many friends and advisers that I was going too far, that I was being too radical. Instead, I should stay within the structures that had embraced Vatican II, the New Mass, and Modernism, and work for change from within.
   I have heard this same theme repeated to me over and over again during these same forty-three years. In January of this year, a Novus Ordo priest whom I have known since 1969 told me to “come home,” sounding again the familiar theme that the right path is to work from within, to overcome the Modernists within the Novus Ordo structures. This admonition came from the same priest, nevertheless, who says that he agrees with me in nearly everything I say.
    Now that fifty years have transpired since Vatican II, can we really say that the movement from within has succeeded? After a half a century of resisting from within, has the tidal wave of Vatican II receded? Has the Catholic faith become stronger in the souls of baptized Catholics? As we look around at the vineyard of the Church, is it flourishing with deep faith and obedience to the commandments of God? Are the sheep of Christ in good hands? Are they confirmed in the doctrines of the Catholic Faith?
   Is the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the central act of worship of the Catholic Church, in good order? Has progress been made to turn back the tide of the devastating liturgical reform of Vatican II?
   The answer is, of course, no. What words can we muster to describe the state of the Catholic Church today: Disaster? Ashes? Hiroshima? Great Apostasy? Is there, indeed, a word that could adequately describe the collapse of an institution which has taken place in the past fifty years?
   Recently a Novus Ordo priest by the name of Father Thomas Kocik published a letter entitled Reforming the Irreformable? He is most noted for leading the charge over the past two decades of a movement known as the Reform of the Reform. This movement sought to “fix up” the Paul VI Mass of 1969, so that it would become something acceptable to Catholic tradition, something that could be legitimately called continuity.
   In this letter, Fr. Kocik declares that such a project is no longer possible. He states:
[T]he ‘reform of the reform’ is not realizable because the material discontinuity between the two forms of the Roman rite presently in use is much broader and much deeper than I had first imagined. In the decade that has elapsed since the publication of my book, The Reform of the Reform? A Liturgical Debate (Ignatius Press, 2003), which concerns almost exclusively the rite of Mass, a number of important scholarly studies, most notably those of László Dobszay (†2011)6 and Lauren Pristas,7 have opened my eyes to the hack-job inflicted by Pope Paul VI’sConsilium on the whole liturgical edifice of the Latin Church: the Mass; the Divine Office; the rites of the sacraments, sacramentals, blessings and other services of the Roman Ritual; and so forth.8 Whatever else might be said of the reformed liturgy—its pastoral benefits, its legitimacy, its rootedness in theological ressourcement, its hegemonic status, etc.—the fact remains: it does not represent an organic development of the liturgy which Vatican II (and, four centuries earlier, the Council of Trent) inherited.    Such admissions on the part of someone who has tirelessly worked from within are truly startling.
   What has “working from within” obtained? Modernism has triumphed, and is in full control in all Catholic institutions. The New Mass is everywhere celebrated. All of the life signs of the Church, and particularly belief in the dogmas of faith, are alarmingly low. The most that can be said for “working from within” is that here and there tiny pockets of liturgical tradition may be found, all operating nonetheless under the aegis of Modernism and in the doctrinal discontinuity of Vatican II. It has obtained for us a liturgical High Church, that is, isolated communities of Modernists clothed in the trapping of tradition. After fifty years!
   What has “working from without” obtained? It has (1) assured the continuity of a valid episcopacy and a valid priesthood; (2) preserved the faithful from Modernism; (3) trained priests who are firm against the Modernist heresy; (4) preserved the integral  traditional Mass and traditional sacraments; (5) preserved the pre-Vatican II traditions and practices of the Catholic Church in all things; (6) preserved what alonecan claim continuity with the Catholic Church’s tradition.
    If our numbers are not strong, it is because for the past half-century the “workers from within” have reviled and scorned us as renegades. If they had joined us, tremendous pressure could have been put upon the Modernists to abandon their program.
   Time has told that working from within is a failed strategy.
   Nor for a single moment should anyone think that I concede that we have been working outside the Catholic Church. What sets you outside the Church is heresy. It is those who have embraced the Modernist heresy that are working outside the Church. Those who have resisted the heresy are inside. It is adherence to Catholic doctrine which keeps you inside the Church; it is adherence to heresy that sets you outside.
   After fifty years of failure, it is high time that those “working from within” should scrap their plans, and look for something more successful.

  1. I was thinking what would Our Lord might give as an example. (It’s like a basket of apples. A few become spoiled and they begin to affect the rest. The spoiled ones will become rotten and be thrown out. But if there are still some apples in the barrel that are good they must be pulled out so they don’t become spoiled as the others.) I believe those that are true to tradition must separate themselves from modernists in order to save the children of God and themselves as well. For they will surely become as the rotten apples and be thrown out.

  3. ‘After fifty years of failure, it is high time that those “working from within” should scrap their plans, and look for something more successful.’ For more than 18000 days priests and lay have been manufacturing excuses to remain united with manufactured falsehood. Unfortunately it seems people will cling to dead branches as if their reputations depended on it.
    On a happier note, this too shall pass.

  4. Your Excellency, I might encourage you to remove and/or re-write this article. If sedevacantism is true (or even sedeprivationism), does this not logically imply that the Vatican 2 group is a heretical non-Catholic group and that no success could be had in it? How could one work within a heretical “church” in order to restore Catholicism? The question is not whether this would be successful or not, but rather if the novus ordo is Catholic or not (which it is not). Though, again, wouldn’t success be logically impossible within a heretical sect?

  5. The telling witness comes from Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Apostles. Put simply without even going into prophecy (which would be valid to do that and go into Prophecy), there are any number of places we are told to separate from heresy, apostasy and blasphemy. Not at arms length, but still holding on with the other arm, but totally separate.
    All three of these: heresy, apostasy and blasphemy, are contained within the Novus Ordo cesspool which has the Satanic audacity to call itself Catholic.
    Our Lord Jesus Christ said of the Pharisees:
    Gospel According to Saint Matthew
    Chapter 15
    [11] Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man: but what cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man. [12] Then came his disciples, and said to him: Dost thou know that the Pharisees, when they heard this word, were scandalized? [13] But he answering them, said: Every plant which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. [14] Let them alone: they are blind, and leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into the pit. [15] And Peter answering, said to him: Expound to us this parable.
    [16] But he said: Are you also yet without understanding? [17] Do you not understand, that whatsoever entereth into the mouth, goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the privy? [18] But the things which proceed out of the mouth, come forth from the heart, and those things defile a man. [19] For from the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false testimonies, blasphemies. [20] These are the things that defile a man.     “[14] Let them alone: they are blind, and leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into the pit.”
    St. Irenaeus expounds verse 14 to mean to have nothing to do with heretics and literally the passage will have us to have nothing to do with blasphemers. To blaspheme is to dishonor the name of God and to mix Him and naming Him with pagan infidel religion and the names of false gods. Beginning with the Vatican II documents, that has been a hallmark of the Novus Ordo sect. The heretics that St. Irenaeus refered to, were Gnostic heretics that did that very thing.
    St. Peter made it perfectly clear that those who mix depravity and false prophecy and false teaching with a superficial profession of faith are hell bound for eternal damnation there. Vatican II’s Novus Ordo sect’s repeated protection of pedophiles and tolerance of homosexual perversion in addition to its mixture of false prophets throughout the charismatic movement and the riotousness of the Novus Ordo’s mockery of the Mass makes them utterly guilty of what St. Peter absolutely condemns as totally damnable and which St. Peter warns the faithful to have nothing to do with it or suffer the same consequences. He didn’t say mix with them and once in a while say something to object in a superficial manner. He said that if you didn’t separate completely you will be their hell bound slave.
    2Pt 2:19 Promising them liberty, whereas they themselves are the slaves of corruption. For by whom a man is overcome, of the same also he is the slave.
    In the below passage Lot is the example that St. Peter uses. Lot escaped destruction by getting out of Sodom and Gomorrha. The faithful must likewise get out of the Vatican II Novus Ordo sect. Sodom and Gomorrha were guilty of not just perversion but religious infidelity. Just like the Vatican II Novus Ordo sect is guilty of both.
    Second Epistle Of Saint Peter
    Chapter 2
    1] But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there shall be among you lying teachers, who shall bring in sects of perdition, and deny the Lord who bought them: bringing upon themselves swift destruction. [2] And many shall follow their riotousnesses, through whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. [3] And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you. Whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their perdition slumbereth not. [4] For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but delivered them, drawn down by infernal ropes to the lower hell, unto torments, to be reserved unto judgment: [5] And spared not the original world, but preserved Noe, the eighth person, the preacher of justice, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly.
    6] And reducing the cities of the Sodomites, and of the Gomorrhites, into ashes, condemned them to be overthrown, making them an example to those that should after act wickedly. [7] And delivered just Lot, oppressed by the injustice and lewd conversation of the wicked. [8] For in sight and hearing he was just: dwelling among them, who from day to day vexed the just soul with unjust works. [9] The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly from temptation, but to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be tormented. [10] And especially them who walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government, audacious, self willed, they fear not to bring in sects, blaspheming.
    …
    [17] These are fountains without water, and clouds tossed with whirlwinds, to whom the mist of darkness is reserved. [18] For, speaking proud words of vanity, they allure by the desires of fleshly riotousness, those who for a little while escape, such as converse in error: [19] Promising them liberty, whereas they themselves are the slaves of corruption. For by whom a man is overcome, of the same also he is the slave. [20] For if, flying from the pollutions of the world, through the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they be again entangled in them and overcome: their latter state is become unto them worse than the former.
    [21] For it had been better for them not to have known the way of justice, than after they have known it, to turn back from that holy commandment which was delivered to them. [22] For, that of the true proverb has happened to them: The dog is returned to his vomit: and, The sow that was washed, to her wallowing in the mire.
    Finally, St. Paul is the absolute example of not allowing oneself nor the Church as a whole to be polluted with Judaizing Gnostic Apostasy for that is damnation and nothing else. The Vatican II Novus Ordo sect is founded upon worshiping the perfidous deicidal Apostate Jews.
    The Acts Of The Apostles
    Chapter 13
    [45] And the Jews seeing the multitudes, were filled with envy, and contradicted those things which were said by Paul, blaspheming.
    [46] Then Paul and Barnabas said boldly: To you it behoved us first to speak the word of God: but because you reject it, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold we turn to the Gentiles. [47] For so the Lord hath commanded us: I have set thee to be the light of the Gentiles; that thou mayest be for salvation unto the utmost part of the earth. [48] And the Gentiles hearing it, were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to life everlasting, believed. [49] And the word of the Lord was published throughout the whole country. [50] But the Jews stirred up religious and honourable women, and the chief men of the city, and raised persecution against Paul and Barnabas: and cast them out of their coasts.
    [51] But they, shaking off the dust of their feet against them, came to Iconium. [52] And the disciples were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit.
    Finally, St. Paul pronounced the final separation of Church and synagogue, just shortly, a very few years, before the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple:
    Acts Of Apostles 18:6
    But they gainsaying and blaspheming, he [St. Paul] shook his garments, and said to them: Your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean: from henceforth I will go unto the Gentiles.
    There is also the magnificent epistle of St. Paul that he wrote in Hebrew and which was translated into Greek by St. Luke, the Epistle to the Hebrews. The sixth Chapter leaves no doubt.

    Chapter 6
    [1] Wherefore leaving the word of the beginning of Christ, let us go on to things more perfect, not laying again the foundation of penance from dead works, and of faith towards God, [2] Of the doctrine of baptisms, and imposition of hands, and of the resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. [3] And this will we do, if God permit. [4] For it is impossible for those who were once illuminated, have tasted also the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, [5] Have moreover tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
    [6] And are fallen away: to be renewed again to penance, crucifying again to themselves the Son of God, and making him a mockery. [7] For the earth that drinketh in the rain which cometh often upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is tilled, receiveth blessing from God. [8] But that which bringeth forth thorns and briers, is reprobate, and very near unto a curse, whose end is to be burnt.
    “[8] But that which bringeth forth thorns and briers, is reprobate, and very near unto a curse, whose end is to be burnt.” It was burnt when Titus sacked Jerusalem and burned the Temple and took down every stone of the Temple just as Our Lord Jesus Christ said would happen:
    Mark 13:2
    And Jesus answering, said to him: Seest thou all these great buildings? There shall not be left a stone upon a stone, that shall not be thrown down.
    Luke 21:6
    These things which you see, the days will come in which there shall not be left a stone upon a stone that shall not be thrown down.
    Matthew 24:2
    And he answering, said to them: Do you see all these things? Amen I say to you there shall not be left here a stone upon a stone that shall not be destroyed.
    It is an historical fact that the Christians in Jerusalem heeded Our Lord Jesus Christ’s warning in the Gospels (especially see Matthew 24:15,16) and when Titus approached Jerusalem they left and came out of there and were safe in Pella to the East over the Jordan River while the Jews were destroyed as they had stayed within the gates of hell. When the Jews used the Temple to blaspheme God and His Christ and the Christians just before the destruction of the Temple in 70 A.D., that sealed it – ONLY destruction was their lot. All of Rabbinical Judaism is based on that precise same utter Satanic hatred of God and His Christ and Christians. To mix with Judaism is utter Apostasy for Christians. Period. Amen.
    And of course the witness of St. John in his Gospel and in his epistles and in the Apocalypse he was given by the Risen Lord Jesus Christ, leaves absolutely no doubt that to mix with Apostate Judaism is only an act of Apostasy to the Antichrist that will be damned forever.
