Law
This quote is the common utterly wrong idea of law.
"Law is a social science and a system of rules that are enforced through social institutions to govern behaviour. Laws can be made by legislatures through legislation (resulting in statutes), the executive through decrees and regulations, or judges through binding precedent (normally in common law jurisdictions)." - Wikipedia
Law is given by God Who is the Only Lawmaker and Lawgiver. Those who think that man makes law are idolaters and ultimately Satanists, for they follow the prince of this world who first tempted Adam and Eve with the idea that they could be their own gods. Freemasons, both the Jew Priory de Sion and the Gentile Scottish Rite 33rd degree and all its the variations and offshoots, all summed up in the Rosicrucian Temple, primarily in London and the Vatican and Jerusalem, are the ultimate among men in blaspheming God by claiming to be their own gods and making their own laws. They are responsible for all the lawlessness, wars, insurrections, revolts, counter revolts, strife, famine, plague, harm and crime among men, nations, peoples, tribes and tongues.

The Freemasons' worship Satan and not the True God.
The Freemasons' goal is to rule the world from Jerusalem gathered around the false messiah of the Jews, the Antichrist, with the False Prophet of the Vatican going before the Antichrist (in Satanic imitation of St. John the Baptist going before Our Only Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ). Ultimately they will absolutely completely utterly fail when Our Only Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ returns from heaven with all of His elect angels and casts the Devil and the Antichrist and the False Prophet and the Beast which they ride (the idolatrous of mammon apostates) into hell forevermore. The Devil who leads this final insurrection against the True God, will have then made the final blasphemy against the True God. The Devil, and those with the Devil, namely the Antichrist and the False Prophet and the Beast will pay with utter damnation for this last affront to the True God. The Devil was damned from the beginning. The Devil's only goal is to drag as many to hell with him as he can.

9 Thou shall herd them with a rod of iron; Thou shall shatter them like a potter's vessels.
10 And now, O ye kings, understand; be instructed, all ye that judge the earth.
11 Serve ye the Lord with fear, and rejoice in Him with trembling.
12 Lay hold of instruction, lest at any time the Lord is angry, and ye perish from the righteous way. 13 When quickly His wrath is kindled, blessed are all that have put their trust in Him.
Alleluia, 110.
I will confess Thee, O Lord, with my whole heart, in the council of the upright and in the congregation.
Great are the works of the Lord, sought out in all the things that He hath willed.
Confession and majesty are His work, and His righteousness abideth unto ages of ages.
He made a remembrance of His wondrous deeds; merciful and compassionate is the Lord; He hath given food to them that fear Him.
He will be mindful for ever of His covenant; the power of His works hath He declared unto His people, That He may give them the inheritance of the nations; the works of His hands are truth and judgement.
Faithful are all His commandments, confirmed unto ages of ages, made in truth and uprightness. He hath sent redemption unto His people, He hath enjoined His covenant for ever; holy and terrible is His name.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; and all they that foster this have a good understanding. His praise abideth unto ages of ages.

St. Irenaeus Book Four Against Heresy Chapter XV. - At First God Deemed It Sufficient to Inscribe the Natural Law, or the Decalogue, Upon the Hearts of Men; But Afterwards He Found It Necessary to Bridle, with the Yoke of the Mosaic Law, the Desires of the Jews, Who Were Abusing Their Liberty; And Even to Add Some Special Commands, Because of the Hardness of Their Hearts.
. . .
3. Why, then, did the Lord not form the covenant for the fathers? Because “the law was not established for righteous men.” But the righteous fathers had the meaning of the Decalogue written in their hearts and souls, that is, they loved the God who made them, and did no injury to their neighbour. There was therefore no occasion that they should be cautioned by prohibitory mandates (correptoriis literis), because they had the righteousness of the law in themselves. But when this righteousness and love to God had passed into oblivion, and became extinct in Egypt, God did necessarily, because of His great goodwill to men, reveal Himself by a voice, and led the people with power out of Egypt, in order that man might again become the disciple and follower of God; and He afflicted those who were disobedient, that they should not contemn their Creator; and He fed them with manna, that they might receive food for their souls (uti rationalem acciperent escam); as also Moses says in Deuteronomy: “And fed thee with manna, which thy fathers did not know, that thou mightest know that man doth not live by bread alone; but by every word of God proceeding out of His mouth doth man live.” And it enjoined love to God, and taught just dealing towards our neighbour, that we should neither be unjust nor unworthy of God, who prepares man for His friendship through the medium of the Decalogue, and likewise for agreement with his neighbour, matters which did certainly profit man himself; God, however, standing in no need of anything from man.

Christ the true vine. Apocalypse 4:4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats, four and twenty ancients [4] sitting, clothed in white garments. And on their heads were crowns of gold. … Scripture reference – Rev. 11:16; 3:5!; 7:9!; 19:14 [4] -Ver. 4. Twenty four elders: these elders represent the holy ones of the Old and New Testaments. Those are the Prophets and the Apostles. Twelve Apostles (New Testament) and twelve Prophets (Old Testament) equal twenty four. Twenty four is symbolic, the actual number is greater. Both Apostles and Prophets are called by God and NOT by men. Our Lord Jesus Saviour is the Immortal Prophet and the Apostle of God. Whereas men called by God and appointed by Christ as Apostles are indeed true Apostles among men, The Lord Jesus Christ is the only Apostle called by God the Father Himself. The Lord Jesus Christ is the only Head of the Prophets. Men are not. Moses, by the Holy Spirit, prophesied of the Head of Prophets and the Apostle of God Who would come in His time, here: Deuteronomy 18:15 The Lord thy God will raise up to thee a PROPHET of thy nation and of thy brethren like unto me: him thou shalt hear. Our Lord Jesus Christ said: John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice: and I know them, and they follow me. |
The Good Shepherd Matthew 9: 36 And seeing the multitudes, he had compassion on them: because they were distressed, and lying as sheep having no shepherd. Matthew 25: 31 And when the Son of man shall come in his majesty, and all the Angels with him, then shall he sit upon the seat of his majesty: 32 And all nations shall be gathered together before him, and he shall separate them one from another, as the shepherd separateth the sheep from the goats: Matthew 26: 31 Then Jesus saith to them: All you shall be scandalized in me this night. For it is written: I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be dispersed. 32 But after I shall be risen again, I will go before you into Galilee. Luke 2: 5 To be enrolled with Mary, his [St. Joseph, foster father of Jesus] espoused wife, who was with child. 6 And it came to pass that when they were there, her days were accomplished, that she should be delivered. 7 And she brought forth her first-born son, and wrapped him up in swaddling-clothes, and laid him in a manger: because there was no room for them in the inn. 8 And there were in the same country shepherds, watching, and keeping the night-watches over their flock. 9 And behold an Angel of the Lord stood by them, and the brightness of God shone round about them, and they feared with a great fear. 10 And the Angel said to them: Fear not: for behold I bring you good tidings of great joy, that shall be to all the people: 11 For this day is born to you a Saviour, who is Christ, the Lord, in the city of David. 12 And this shall be a sign unto you: You shall find the infant wrapped in swaddling-clothes, and laid in a manger. 13 And suddenly there was with the Angel a multitude of the heavenly host, praising God, and saying: 14 Glory to God in the highest: and on earth, peace to men of good will. 15 And it came to pass that after the Angels departed from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another: Let us go over to Bethlehem, and let us see this word that is come to pass, which the Lord hath shewed to us. 16 And they came with haste: and they found Mary and Joseph, and the infant lying in a manger. 17 And seeing, they understood of the word that had been spoken to them concerning this child. 18 And all that heard, wondered: and at those things that were told them by the shepherds. 19 But Mary kept all these words, pondering them in her heart. 20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God, for all the things they had heard, and seen, as it was told unto them. 21 *And after eight days were accomplished, that the child should be circumcised: his name was called *Jesus, which was called by the Angel, before he was conceived in the womb. JOHN 10 CHAPTER X. Christ is the door, and The Good Shepherd. He and his Father are one. 1 Amen, amen, I say to you; he that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up another way, the same is a thief and a robber. 2 But he that entereth in by the door, is the shepherd of the sheep; 3 To whom the porter openeth: and the sheep hear his voice, and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. 4 And when he hath let out his own sheep, he goeth before them: and the sheep follow him, because they know his voice. 5 But a stranger they follow not, but fly from him, because they know not the voice of strangers. 6 This parable Jesus spoke to them. But they understood not what he was speaking to them. 7 Jesus, therefore, said to them again; Amen, amen, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All they who came, are thieves and robbers, and the sheep heard them not. 9 I am the door. If any one enter by me, he shall be saved: and he shall go in, and go out, and shall find pastures. 10 The thief cometh not, but to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I am come that they may have life, and may have it more abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd. *The good shepherd giveth his life for his sheep. 12 But the hireling, and he that is not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf snatcheth, and scattereth the sheep: 13 And the hireling fleeth, because he is a hireling: and he hath no care for the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd, and I know mine, and mine know me. 15 *As the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father, and I lay down my life for my sheep. 16 And other sheep I have, that are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. 17 Therefore doth the Father love me: *because I lay down my life, that I may take it again. 18 No man taketh it away from me: but I lay it down of myself, and I have power to lay it down; and I have power to take it up again. This commandment have I received of my Father. |

HAYDOCK CATHOLIC BIBLE COMMENTARY (Old Testament) Josue through Kings | BellesHeures's Weblog
THE BOOK OF JOSUE. This Book is called Josue, because it contains the history of what passed under him, and, according to the common opinion, was written by him. The Greeks call him Jesus; for Josue and Jesus, in the Hebrew, are the same name, and have the same signification, viz. A Saviour. And it was not without a mystery, that he who was to bring the people into the land of promise, should have his name changed from Osee (for so he was called before, Num. 13:17,) to Josue, or Jesus, to give us to understand, that Moses, by his law, could only bring the people within sight of the promised inheritance, but that our Saviour, Jesus, was to bring us into it. — The Hebrews who had been so rebellious under Moses, behaved with remarkable fidelity and respect towards his successor; who, by these means, more forcibly represented the Christian Church, which will be ever obedient to her divine head and observe his directions. Josue had been trained up a long time under the hand of Moses, and God had given him the commission to govern his people, in so public a manner, that no one offered to claim that high and arduous office. In effect, the whole conduct of Josue before and after his exaltation, shewed him to be most deserving of command. — Josue, says the Holy Spirit, (Eccli. xlvi. 1,) was successor of Moses among the prophets, or, according to the Greek, “in prophecies.” Many explain this of the obligation incumbent on him, to continue the sacred history and revelations where Moses had left off. The last chapter of this book informs us that he did so.
As the five books of Moses contain the law, intermixed with history, so this first of the historical books exhibits a variety of useful precepts and predictions. The prophetical and sapiential books must be considered in the same light. — They all tend to promote true wisdom and the salvation of men, provided they be perused in the same spirit with which they were written.
