Ephesians 4:31-32
Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
This clearly states that Christians are to forgive one another. There is nothing about Christians and vengeance where non-believers are concerned.
Romans 12:18
If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.
This clearly states that Christians are to live peaceably with all, if that is their option without betraying the faith. That would include non-believers where the Christians are concerned as long as there is no betrayal of the faith in this.
John 18:36
Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.”
This is changed totally by the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Christ whereby He absolutely reclaimed all of His creation from the dominion of the Devil.
This is what the New Testament clearly says about revenge:

And will not God revenge his elect who cry to him day and night: and will he have patience in their regard?

I say to you, that he will quickly revenge them. But yet the Son of man, when he cometh, shall he find, think you, faith on earth?

Revenge not yourselves, my dearly beloved; but give place unto wrath, for it is written: Revenge is mine, I will repay, saith the Lord.

For behold this selfsame thing, that you were made sorrowful according to God, how great carefulness it worketh in you; yea defence, yea indignation, yea fear, yea desire, yea zeal, yea revenge: in all things you have shewed yourselves to be undefiled in the matter.

Hebrews 10:30
For we know him that hath said: vengeance belongeth to me, and I will repay. And again: The Lord shall judge his people.
"The Lord shall judge his people." Means that He will find blameless by His standard, which is absolute.
What Does the Bible Say About Revenge?
Romans 12:19

This clearly states that Christians are to forgive one another. There is nothing about Christians and vengeance where non-believers are concerned.
Romans 12:18
If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.
This clearly states that Christians are to live peaceably with all, if that is their option without betraying the faith. That would include non-believers where the Christians are concerned as long as there is no betrayal of the faith in this.
John 18:36
Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.”
This is changed totally by the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Christ whereby He absolutely reclaimed all of His creation from the dominion of the Devil.
This is what the New Testament clearly says about revenge:

Hebrews 10:30
For we know him that hath said: vengeance belongeth to me, and I will repay. And again: The Lord shall judge his people.
"The Lord shall judge his people." Means that He will find blameless by His standard, which is absolute.
